I was working on a promotional piece for a client yesterday afternoon, and came across an interesting revelation.  The piece is a mailer to promote a sale that's coming up in June, and I was using some professional stock photography to layout the piece.  I got everything lined up the way I wanted and then realized something was off.  I couldn't put my finger on it until I realized that one of the model's blouse was really messing up the harmony of the design.  It wasn't obvious until the image was put in with the background graphic and the typography.

It's interesting how much a little thing like that can throw off a piece.  Luckily, in this case it was an easy fix by rotoscoping the blouse and tweaking the hue/saturation to make it line up with the rest of the piece.
