Well, the simple answer is because we want to best serve our clients.  This new CMS (Content Management System) is based off of the older, but still very popular Mambo program.  Joomla! was released in October of last year (2005) and has since become more and more popular with developers around the world.  Why?  Well, there're several reasons, but one of the main ones is that it's open-source, which means any developer can grab a copy for free and start producing content, components, and modules for it.
